Ingredients:

1 medium onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh ginger (chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh garlic (chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup dry rosé or dry white wine
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
Saute onion, ginger and garlic with vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until soft (about 5 minutes). Add rosé or dry white wine, ketchup, cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until very slightly thickened (5 to 6 minutes). Cool slightly, add lemon juice, then whirl in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Bon appetit!
